Rich in lather and in heritage, Yardley bath bars provide
the perfect combination of time-tested ingredients from nature that make your
skin feel good, with essential oil fragrances that make you feel good. Today, the tradition continues with their new
Activated Charcoal Moisturizing Bath Bar.
Activated Charcoal is known for its ability to help draw out impurities
and combines with Bentonite clay to help purify and cleanse the skin.
Upon opening the box, I had to immediately smell it. I mean, who doesn’t immediately put it to
their nose and breathe in. My senses
were so excited by the refreshing notes of spearmint and bergamot. Bergamot is one of my all-time favorite
notes. I was eager to jump in and start
bathing! I decided to use the bar with a
netted sponge to test its lather capabilities.
I hate bars that don’t lather well.
Nothing worse than sitting there scrubbing and scrubbing to work up a
lather. Those bars tend to be used up
pretty quickly. I gently massaged the
bar with a wet sponge and it lathered up so quickly and thoroughly. I was really impressed. I gently scrubbed my skin all over and
noticed how the lather felt so creamy and soothing. The aroma was amazing! It literally woke me
up while bathing. I had the best
aromatherapy session in the shower! Afterward,
I dried off and evaluated my skin. A
light aroma was present while leaving my skin feeling fresh, hydrated and silky
smooth.
All Yardley’s bath bars are paraben free and sodium lauryl
